Base (Root) Chakra Muladhara

The Base or root chakra is located at the base of the spin and resonates with the earth element and the colour red. Concerning sexuality, sensuality; survival and establishing a purpose of living. The 1st chakra, the base, is the source of life- it is from here that the physical body is established and grows.
