Taurus Myth:

Taurus is often represented by the story of Zeus and Europa a Phoenician princess. You see, one day Zeus came across the beautiful princess down by the river and in order to woo her he transformed himself into an angelic white bull. When Europa saw the graceful, powerful animal try to approach her, she climbed on its back. When she did this Zeus leapt into the water swimming the princess to crete where he planned to marry her. Upon arriving he transformed himself into an eagle, placing the bull in the sky, he then ravished Europa. She bore 3 sons for Zeus – Minos, Sarpedon and Rhadamanthus.
